      Pros

      Devoteam has been constantly providing me opportunities to grow within the company, both vertically and horizontally. It is, for sure, one of the top tech consulting companies in Portugal.

      Cons

      While competitive against tech consulting companies, the salary average is lower when compared to business consulting companies or digital natives.

      Pros

      I am extremely satisfied with my experience at DevoTeam. The company offers competitive pay, but even more importantly, it provides a workplace that encourages teamwork, professionalism, and mutual support. The atmosphere is excellent, and the colleagues are highly skilled and always willing to help. Overall, it has been a very positive experience.

      Cons

      Only people from other towns are able to have full remote work, but considering the great environment to work from, it is not something that is necessary negative.
