      Pros

      In my working area/team you have the chance to have a great work and personal life balance, due to telecommuting/working from home, so I totally recommend it if you master a specific/niche skill. The same for the ability to work at a transversal level or teach. Also, the company is at 100% commited to the digital transformation, which translates into 2 huge advantages: a place full of specialists (this guarantees happy customers), and a place full of growth, training and career opportunities for the employees and consultants.

      Cons

      This is not exactly a con, but just for adding something at this section: each country has inevitably its own specificities, not many for a global company like DVT, but you need to be aware of/assimilate/accept it.
