Pros

Lovely people there, very nice

Cons

Technical Stagnation and Commercial Immaturity Senior Leadership & Technical Quality: The Principal Consultant layer is hindered by a pervasive sense of arrogance that is not supported by technical execution. In practice, I have witnessed some of the most substandard delivery of my career coming from those meant to be setting the standard. There is a significant gap between the perceived capability of senior staff and the actual quality of the work produced. Immature Sales & Contract Strategy: The commercial approach is fundamentally flawed and lacks independence. The strategy is almost entirely at the mercy of AWS funding programs, demonstrating a lack of genuine business development. Absence of Career Growth: Finally, there is a complete lack of structured upward mobility or professional development. The environment is one of stagnation, where there is no clear path or support for those looking to advance their skills or progress their careers. Without a meritocratic framework, high-potential talent has no reason to remain.
