      Leadership is spineless and don't know how to take decision. Everyone waits for the go ahead from one person only and operates like robot. No growth, no salary increments and these days only copying other companies creating AI world

      Latest Java techstack but limited salary increases

      Java backend techstack is very latest, use of springboot , redis , mongodb , grafana , kibana etc
