      No work life Balance and Poor Management

      Poor management Top management is a circle of friends from common college or company specially "Airtel". They don't trust new members from outside their circle hence even a deserving person do not get the right position or is being forced to leave the company Unrealistic targets which doesn't exists in any other company Hire and Fire policy with a fake "PIP" reasons

      They want you to make good software among endless meetings, unclear requirements, and expectations. All of this is under constant pressure.
