      strong company brand in Kosice - it is easy to change position within company (between divisions, chapters, positions)

      Cons

      salary range under average many positions are outsourcing to India mass layoffs in 2025 (expecting more in next year)

      How to work for the german compahy getting the salary lower then in Russia

      If you're from Airtel and if you know some one in DTDL leadership who were from Airtel you will be inn, and will be served with hell lot of opportunities having visibility across the board and good increments and don't forget about the promotions.

      Cons

      You will not be give a good opportunities not even appreciation and promotions if you're not ex-airtel.
