      Good work-life balance, good opportunities for trainings of your liking

      Cons

      Very poorly mantained legacy websites to work on, full of burnt out employees, they don't care if you don't speak German, they will still speak in it in your presence

      - wenig bis kaum fachliche Ausbildung - 8h bei der Arbeit rumsitzen ohne Aufgaben zu kriegen - bereitet nicht auf den späteren Beruf vor, kaum nennenswerte Arbeitserfahrung vorweisbar
