Pros

1. They will help you out well for relocation, so do not worry about them. 2. You will be a part of a skilled team with expertise in different areas. So lots to learn as an individual. 3. Great space within Wipro campus so no worries are amenities around work

Cons

1. The work defines a studio and its very mediocre here 2. The company is built on bureaucracy and micro-management, so your free thoughts are basically shot 3. Company focuses more on irrelevant activities like competition, etc., just to build a good image and have lots of free time. so the actual product design task is something a design studio should be known for, not extracurricular activities. 4. Favoured employees - yes you will see the company favouring their favourites so expect toxic culture.

Talented people, incompetent leadership

Pros

Some incredibly talented and friendly people work here. The studios have a pretty decent work culture.

Cons

Do not take a job in any of the Global teams. They are poorly managed and understaffed, and leadership takes no responsibility for the bullying and toxic culture. HR doesn't take you seriously if you report it. Seeing such an incredible company turn so clique in less than 18 months is nothing short of depressing.

Clique culture lead by incompetence

Pros

Remote work, engaging projects, some decent collaboration.

Cons

Designit leaders excel at propping up excuses for their own incompetence. Simple, time-saving and cost-saving initiatives dragged along for months and years, with the same update "we're working on that." Revenue targets missed over multiple quarters despite a "stellar effort and leadership" from the head of sales. When questioned, leaders become combative and defensive - especially HR. Chief officers conspicuously absent from any meetings that entail "bad" or "negative" news to teams, but all too willing to take the spotlight when wins come in. Newcomers are tossed into the deep end (i.e. zero onboarding process) and will sink if they fail to fall in with the right clique. Those who don't latch onto the right crowd are quickly thown under the bus to save those with better connections.
