Pros
You will: - learn how to work efficiently, how to adapt rapidly to new environments, improve your management skills (after 2 years you will start to micro-manage small teams), build-up your project-management & technical skills. - be able to put a great name on your resume (no doubt your resume will get a lot of attention from recruiters but you need to make it at least to the Senior level) - enjoy being around people of your age & with the same type of educational background (great after-work gatherings!) - rapidly have to face client's top-management
Cons
You will: - perform a lot of redundant tasks all along your career (highly structured bureaucracy) - work very long hours - sometimes feel like you are being treated like cattle (by management) or like an imbecile (by client) - not enjoy any profit-sharing
