      Diversity of missions and clients' industries Great learning experience (depending on within which team and with which managers you are working though) Friendly (most of the time) and professional atmosphere between coworkers, Deloitte is making a real effort to facilitate direct working between staff and upper management (Directors, Partners) Big firm offering a wide range of professional opportunities

      Work/Life Balance is not so great, especially during busy seasons Sometimes you can get frustrated of not being able to do your job the best you would like too because of a lack of time or resources (human resources mostly)

      You will have a good name on your resume but that's it.

      Cons

      No balance between work and life. No communication. No consideration for employees. Ratio (wage/number of hours) better if you work as a cleaner. You have more chance to lose knowledge than learn anything while working for Deloitte.
