      Too many managers with least amount of knowledge

      Pros

      Its a very organized place. The management of projects, people and travel is very well organized.

      Cons

      I found that managers do well if they know people higher up in organization. It is all about image creation. The clients are aware of this but because deloitte has big name and lots of contact in virtually any industry, they tolerate deloitte Consulting.

      Generally a friendly a firm Getting much better at working accross service lines (audit and corprate finance) Very nice offices in London

      Cons

      Slow promotion with a long time at junior grades Very little in the way of support services, too much time spent on formatting and non value add. Long hours culture in several parts of the firm
