      Working from home, flexibility, good benefits, opportunity to work with top clients and large scale projects, fantastic in-house resources

      Cons

      There is a lot of luck to career development depending upon the projects you get on and the networks you build. And promotion is more about style over substance - industry experience isn't respected by all managers
