Great opportunities and exposure to a wide variety of work; great training; exposure to clients

I've been with Deloitte for ~8 years, and your experience largely varies based on your network and leaders you work for. It can make or break your experience. A lot of politics, getting the right visibility to the right folks will keep you there, not necessarily your work ethic. Company is also going through layoffs now
