Pros
The medical and PTO benefits were good.
Cons
Poor leadership caused morale issues that have yet to be resolved. These issues have been brought up multiple times to HR during exit interviews, and nothing has been done to fix or prevent these problems. The annual raises are very low - not even keeping up with inflation, and corporate has been blamed for it. I would not recommend working here, unless you are absolutely locked into the area, and cannot find a remote position.
