Pros
Flexible schedule, working around client needs. Direct management was really supportive, helpful and kind. They are good to the employees with benefits and career training and anything you need IT wise to do your job.
Cons
Travel schedule can be brutal if you have small kids. Coworkers can take a competitive stance and not always be so helpful.
