      Pros

      Good salary and package, excellent training which is ongoing. Job is not just about sales it’s more around specification, projects and business development.

      Cons

      Challenging role which you need to work hard to hit targets and is not suited to sales people who want have 2 or 3 appointments per day. More suited to self motivated driven individuals.
