      Pros

      - Friendly Environment - Openness (people are open to new ideas) - Structure - Resources - Autonomy

      Cons

      - Negativity (older employees are pessimist about trying again ideas that they had before that didn't work. - Branding (logo and product design should be improved)

      - Very young and talented team - Fast moving environment - Social activities (company breakfasts and Friday drinks every week, concerts in the office, outside parties) - Industry is growing fast - Language courses (english, french) - Help with documents for foreigners

      Cons

      - Even though there are positive changes, Deezer still has a very France-centric culture - I wish more convert tickets were distributed among employees
