      Avoid if you have ambitions and good ideas

      Pros

      Positive environment I worked with a supportive and lovely team Able to work as a team and independently and make my own decisions

      Cons

      Massive lack of managerial capabilities and knowledge on Music Industry as it is NOW. Manager are really good talkers but are not able to deliver results. Lack of leadership on a C level. Salary are not that great for the amount of work and contributions the company asks you. You’re not fully valued for what you bring to the table and your results.

      Corporate Culture hidden by « Fun » Start-Up Environment.

      Pros

      No dress code. Many events and parties. Interesting & strategic projects. Some colleagues are nice. Amazing garden at Paris office.

      Cons

      Too political & hierarchical environment. No support on the projects. No communication & no clear vision. Very limited career perspectives.

However, we are doing our best to encourage communication within the company, so everyone can have a clear view of the company's vision and ongoing projects.
