      toxic management and unusual nepotism and crazy targets

      Pros

      managers have no people skills or management experience and justify their existence by finding unwanted individuals and making sure staff turnover is good. Office parties.

      Cons

      no career path unless you are friends or relative with higher levels in hierarchy. confusing managers with poor written communication skills.

      The right time to join Deezer

      Pros

      Deezer is growing fast and has grown well but has kept its start-up spirit. This year's IPO gives us a lot of optimism for the years to come. The atmosphere is cool, the management flat, you are encouraged to propose initiatives and ideas but without unnecessary pressure. Inspiring international dimension (many non-French profiles). Good work-life balance, exciting business for passionate people :)
