      Corporate Culture hidden by « Fun » Start-Up Environment.

      Pros

      No dress code. Many events and parties. Interesting & strategic projects. Some colleagues are nice. Amazing garden at Paris office.

      Cons

      Too political & hierarchical environment. No support on the projects. No communication & no clear vision. Very limited career perspectives.

However, we are doing our best to encourage communication within the company, so everyone can have a clear view of the company's vision and ongoing projects. To do so, town halls, global meetings, weekly breakfasts, and roundtables are held in our Paris office. We are also working to make employees feel supported and free to voice ideas.
