      No vision or clear direction from the new CEO

      - Great App - Data centric - A good company to as an "in-between" i.e. before applying to the company you actually want to get into

      Cons

      - No vision (esp. the new CEO) - Everyone works in silos (no team spirit) - Lots of procastinators

      Pros

      Deezer is clearly a sandbox where you try and fail with low repercussion. You are very autonomous depending on your field. The best place for juniors.

      Cons

      Administrative slowness. Salary is under 20% of the market level if you have seniority. If you are unlucky, your managers will let you down for their career. You can raise red flags months ago about your workload that is insanely high without trigger anyone. But it will be your responsibility if you and your team being burnout. Very stupid decisions are made on your field without consulting you and your peers. Some people can get lots of behavior complains from several persons over the years and still get a promotion to manage managers.

      Very nice offices, great colleagues and having the chance to work in the music industry.

      Lack of motivation, lack of a real vision on company's direction for the future.
