company overworks there employees to death, 12-16 hours daily, management does nothing for employees. management has favortism towards certain employees, no growth oppotunities, training is terrible i was there for 17 years never got any kind of development except CPR

The people at individual contributor level are great to work with.

Cons

Within the business unit that I work in, long term goals and strategy do not exist. Executives try to grab the business that they can and implement accounts without a long term vision for support and technology. I've seen hiring in certain areas, just to turn around and fire employees within those same areas during the next 6 months. There is also no long term commitment to employee development.
