Pros

New Executive Management seems genuine in desire to transform company, bring into the 21st century. Some moves towards product modernization.

Cons

Little to no advancement opportunities. Very few opportunities for professional enrichment or education. (If you want to develop professionally, it will be on your own dime...) New vision hamstrung by "That costs too much, don't do anything" attitude. Office technology still 10 years behind peers, office environment about 30 years behind. Prevailing attitude of "We'll never be a big player, so why try so hard?" not conducive to a global company.

Pros

Lots of opportunity to define your role, develop your strengths. Autonomous environment. Entrepreneurial mindsets seem to work well. Leadership committed to growth and fostering innovation. They definitely want the company to be more well-known. Not a lot of "sexy" perks, but people are committed to growth and success. Good work/life balance mentality.

Cons

Because so much change is going on, sometimes priorities seem muddled. Culture change can make the road bumpy, too, with lots of new leaders with more aggressive plans than people are used to.

Pros

Learned a lot. Good benefits. Great co-workers.

Cons

New CEO selling off divisions. Employee's put under tremendous stress and many have left and are not being replaced. Managers in charge of 15-20 people so very little concern for career development. Constantly reorganizing trying to find some magic formula to solve staffing problem without hiring anybody.
