Pros

With a new CEO and a new vision the company is trying to transition. Investing in newer modern technology and appears to be starting to get "it" at the top.

Cons

This new vision and plan to do it isn't well understood (or decided?). Senior leadership is stuck in their old ways, a lot of business strategy is still chase revenue rather than a real strategy to accomplish.

Merrill is one of the top paying outsourcing companies in this field of busy. Merrill also has a good number of sites so you can move around if you like.

Cons

Merrill has sold there company to DTI, one of the lowest paying outsourcing companies in this field. The health benefits are too expensive.
