      Evolving company with immature business processes

      Pros

      Coworkers were the biggest positive. Additionally, the company was evolving under the leadership of a new CEO, which provided ample room to advance within the company. Good location. Management was good about WFH opportunities and other work/life balance aspects.

      Cons

      Immature in their business processes. Very little documentation regarding business Policy/Standards/Process/Procedure. The PMO made it difficult to get project work done, as they were very immature in their structure when I was involved in working with them.

      Pros

      Average wage. Fairly flexible. Central location and easy to commute to. Clients can be demanding but workflow makes it bearable. Good if you only need to pay the bills, not a mentally demanding job. O.K. For a couple of years.

      Cons

      Mediocre middle and high management. Improvised strategy. Awful benefits. Old, outdated offices for DataSite. Lack of team-work, complete lack of worth ethics from colleagues. Big turnover of employees. Benefits only for those 'friends' from the management.
