Pros

Some of the people are great to work with.

Cons

Sales is a mess with people leaving weekly. The more I tried to voice my concerns, the worse I made it for myself with management pushing out anyone that is not a "yes man". Good luck trying to work with marketing to put on any type of event or attend one that they host without being treated like a child in need of scolding. The "boys club" is alive and well at Merrill. If you're not one of them, you're against them...

Lack of process, professional development structure is lacking, needs more knowledge transfer for on boarding new managers

Pros

Learned a lot. Good benefits. Great co-workers.

Cons

New CEO selling off divisions. Employee's put under tremendous stress and many have left and are not being replaced. Managers in charge of 15-20 people so very little concern for career development. Constantly reorganizing trying to find some magic formula to solve staffing problem without hiring anybody.
