Pros
I have been working at Datasite for almost a year now and I must say its a great company to work for, the people are amazing there is a great support from new management that I have never encountered before. Great exposure to wider company internationally and possibility to move abroad. Its a lifestyle more than just a job but working hard also pays well. When you join they spend a lot of time and resources giving you all you need to learn about the market, industry, competition, does and donts of the job and that is much appreciated. Management is there for you 24/7 should you need help with anything and overall everyone is super helpful!
Cons
Not much to say for the cons, work-life balance is never the easiest but the industry is tough
