Very positive experience with Elizabeth on the recruiting team; she was supportive, communicative, and helpful during the interview process (particularly while trying to navigate the assessment of the position/company during COVID, entirely remotely.) So far, I've been very pleased with the flexibility offered - as long as the work gets done, I've been able to make my schedule work around other personal demands. My impression is that the transition to working from home/overall response to COVID has been well-managed. Good teamwork vibes; I feel supported by peers and those above. Lots of information provided during onboarding process to help get up to speed.
