      Pros

      Visionary company, empathetic and a great place to grow and work if you willing to take the opportunity. Good work life balance below senior management. Worked there for nearly 10 years. Leverages it’s cultural diversity well (dominance of Dutch & French). Continues to evolve to genuinely serve the planet, its customers as well as its shareholders.

      Cons

      Does not always operate efficiently because of the differences between the divisions but this was improving. Sometimes hard for employees to distill what the vision means to their day to day and how they can help. Organization, project management and communication need to improve. Communication particularly poor and badly coordinated. Improving this is key to enabling buy in from entire organization.

      A big multinational, different line of business, career opportunities, travel opportunities, profitable business.

      Cons

      Marketing is the king, company culture based on internal selling of oneself, not successful contributions. Work-life balance does not exist.
