Pros

Global company - Global roles exist if you're senior enough Strong brands

Cons

Pay is often significantly lower than market average despite Danone claiming to benchmark Progression opportunities are limited by rules such as 18-24 months in each role Pace is slow compared to other FMCG companies There is little in the way of creativity, thinking differently or true collaboration

Pros

The values in place at Danone are one of a kind. There are bold goals around sustainability and food insecurity on top of the usual work in a food company. Many are inspired by this.

Cons

There can be a bit of chaos and there are two separate HQs so the employee base does not gel. Also, the global HQ in Paris creates problems, extra work and chaos for us which is frustrating.
