      Pros

      1) Great benefits for Europeans. The company will move you to different parts of the world. 2) No pressure for performance. No matter how bad you perform, it does not matter. Everything changes all the time, so it is all forgotten. I interned with Unilever - its very ambitious, your legacy of success matters. You can work for 30-40 years and retire at Danone without thinking about your performance or success.

      Pros

      Great room to grow and develop. Continually evolving company that offers new experiences. I love the culture and high growth attitude. This is a great company.

      Cons

      work life balance. Some on boarding is sink or swim mentality.

      Lot of responsibility personal growth focus plenty of training oppurtunities flexibility space for advancement

      Cons

      corporate office is not internationally diverse - very Caucasian and English. For an international this is a hard place to adapt to. Ironic, as Danone is a very large inter-continental organization, but there UK office does not represent this international diversity.
