      - Expert advice rarely listened to - Internal obsession with little care for external environment - Little to no interest or care for the corporate affairs function which is not respected by the wider business - Inept and inexperienced leadership in GS - Bullying and toxic culture - No recognition for good work - Constant global restructuring and budget slashing

      Little to no Communication on new hires, Executives that show favortism towards workers that others do not like to work with on projects. I was laid off after 15 years between WhiteWave Foods and Danone for no real reason. I was very busy but they said I wasn't. The SVP that let me go is a very shady person and became one of the companies "puppets". Biggest mistake was to sell WhiteWave to Danone!
