      Pros

      small company, hence good visibility and chance to work closely with senior managent, work life balance.

      Cons

      Very Chaotic, in past 2 years org structure have been changed at least 6 times. Very Poor leader ship team, no firm processes, policies exist however there are always deviations to it, very high attrition. In 5 years we have had 5 HR managers at least..
