-career growth seems like a guarantee at the company, lots of people with 'manager' in their title (individual contributors) -Dynamic environment, no two days are the same

Cons

-Processes and structure are well behind what other companies are employing - Employees are all stressed and overworked - Culture is terrible, and no social activities planned on a regular basis - No support from managers as they are too busy all the time - High staff turnover, everyone is always looking for something better.

Great open empowering culture. encourage people to take risks etc

Cons

only rise up if u are french. failed in asia as believed they know better than locals. its more about managing your boss than doing the actual work and networking. risk for returns is very short term and like to apply fresh dairy learnings across all sectors Your story in slides has to be grander than what u actually do - nobody cares about it. u succeed if u know the right people flip side of risktaking - every expat is 2 -3 assignment - so nos are moved and somebody else carries the can of cleaning it up salary and grading structures - not transparent and depends on how hard u negotiate

- Genuine interest in its people - Commitment to healthier consumer solutions - Tend to see the slightly longer term horizon - Can do culture for a largish company (ie fail or succeed fast) - Some genuinely visionary senior management - Employees get discounts on brands!

Cons

- Still very franco-centric - Silly seniority rules based on turn over of area of responsibility - makes it hard to get good people for new ventures or start up phase businesses - HR Banding system too limiting - Too Euro-centric still - Does not have real plan for next generation of healthy but enjoyable products - Does not really know what to do with its Nutricia business
