Not much room to grow without moving abroad. Communication could flow better

Pros

Company environment. Developed products and matured business. And snacks! It is always a calm and friendly talks. Discussion are matured and well thought.

Cons

Slow track of progress, rather dull daily routine. Limited budget for entertainment. There is no well established IK policy. Head of IK needs to get a look around. Old style people management.

Pros

Work-life balance, at least in this department. My Manager enhanced this style. They don't call you on weekends. Great brand for your resume (leader of dairy products).

Cons

So much bureaucracy to make even a small change. Lack of technology difficults your day to day job (specially with meetings). Maybe it's not a con for some people, but a relaxing (messy) atmosphere difficults your work if it depends on committed dates. Due to postponements, projects feel like a never-ending journey Lack of world-class methodologies as Six Sigma and Lean to face and reduce waste problems (They focus more on short-term vision than long-term).
