Pros

I'm a first year graduate and really enjoying my role with the company at the moment. Danone give myself and the rest of the grads really rewarding and challenging roles, with lots of responsibility. The company environment is great to get involved in along and Danone run multiple benefits schemes that make you feel like a valued member of the team

Cons

A very fast paced culture, which a lot of the time means it is hard to stop and reflect on the work that you have done. However Danone work hard to try and reduce this by improving Work-Life balance.

Pros

The key pros are the culture, responsibility, development, work/life balance. The culture is open and collaborative, at every level there is appropriate responsibility - if you wish for more you can voice it and will be listened to, there is scope to sculpt your role into the areas you're most interested in developing as well as there being a strong focus on development with regular catch ups around objectives and personal development. Additionally there is a good work/life balance with flexible working hours, agile working and the flexibility to work from home/another location if desired.

Cons

From a cons perspective, more could be fed down from senior management for context and wider strategy to lower levels. A few of the processes are not time efficient and therefore return on energy can be lower than necessary and processes become confusing.
