Pros
The key pros are the culture, responsibility, development, work/life balance. The culture is open and collaborative, at every level there is appropriate responsibility - if you wish for more you can voice it and will be listened to, there is scope to sculpt your role into the areas you're most interested in developing as well as there being a strong focus on development with regular catch ups around objectives and personal development. Additionally there is a good work/life balance with flexible working hours, agile working and the flexibility to work from home/another location if desired.
Cons
From a cons perspective, more could be fed down from senior management for context and wider strategy to lower levels. A few of the processes are not time efficient and therefore return on energy can be lower than necessary and processes become confusing.
