No work life balance for field employee , i am working here from last 5 year , but no work life balance , because your senior can call you any time at night, even you can not think to spend quality time with your family on Sunday , because managers are sending continuous massage of whats app group , so i am working 6 days in a week , starting work every morning by 7.30 am and till 9- 10 working at night , even can not sleep properly , because if you ask your manager please dont call me at night after 9 , so the will send you several msg and mails to respond them , and its not only on working days as well as on sunday also , i am writing this review on sunday because not i am frustrated with Danone field culture , but if any big organization is doing any survey about Danone culture , so they will do only head office survey not for field worker , Danone headoffice at mumbai have 5 working days and specific working hours but other side at field there is not specific hours and working almost 7 days . finally i must say , there is no work life balance
