      Good culture but slipping

      Pros

      Company feels human overall, despite its size. Emphasis put on other objectives than purely economic (social, environment)

      Cons

      Over the last years, the "social objectives" have started to feel like a thin coat of varnish rather than a decision making consideration. Not great salaries in the UK

      New GM Very Political but Smart

      Lots of smart people to learn from. System really well set up. Many valuable trainings

      Cons

      GM focus on short term instead of long term. Culture too political & very hierarchy. Promotion from within are not visible for the last 1 year, always hire people from outside. Most of the decision now is Top Down and no one can challenge. Not yet digital savy.
