      Everything else- Senior management, office location, poor onboarding training, outdated systems and prehistoric processes, toxic team culture and inexperienced management.

      Decent salary Some managers are amazing The ability to shape your role and your career path A real people company (almost everyone I’ve met there is a good person who wants to do good and make a positive impact to people and planet)

      Cons

      Many reorganisations in the last 3 years. Your career path and evolution is mainly dependent on you (don’t expect HR or Danone to have a “plan” for you) Benefits in NL aren’t as great as in other locations
