      The upper management seems to care for the welfare of employees. It’s impressive that leaders are down to earth. They are as incredible as our company. I admire their focus on employee satisfaction. No wonder they have many long-term employees. Plus, the focus on sustainability is particularly important to me, and I appreciate how our work reduces environmental impact.
