Outdated systems Outdated people who do not know how the world is moving Systems that have been hacked, the business do not care about Adding risks into risk register ultimately cost my job as I wanted to do right by information security Senior Management don't have a clue apart from the narrative which is to keep the lights on and make the business cash rich as they want to sell it, look at the failed bids from JD Sports and Frasers Group. This company is a mess with lack of system integrations and I am really surprised that they have not suffered another hack. Lack of progress Lack of training for my staff and myself Difficulty in having to get the business to understand how things work in the real world as they still stuck in the 90s and outdated knowledge.
