      Pros

      Been with the business for over 20 years, there is always opportunities to progress, the way Currys looks after the wellbeing of its staff is first class and I would not want to work anywhere else

      Remote & hybrid working Wellbeing checks

      Cons

      Salary increases and promotions are threadbare with a lot of politics, contractors and consultants taking most of the pie. Expect a lot of stagnancy if you're ambitious about self development and growth. With a lot of redudancies and outsourcing, a lot of the existing staff are working on goodwill with minimum recognition and compensation.

      Pros

      In a world where companies are forcing its employees back into the office for 3 or even 5 days a week, Currys is standing out by treating it’s employees like adults and enabling them to work in a truly Hybrid pattern. Currys also takes wellbeing incredibly seriously and provides excellent employee benefits such as staff discount, shares and annual bonus schemes.

      Cons

      Just the usual issues you would find working for a large Retail company.
