Pros

The is a good level of job security with this being a well established national company.

Cons

The company is focused to much on selling add-ons and cover that customers rarely need and this causes major hassle for customer service staff as we get the angry returns and complaints of missing leading sales people. All in order to make the figures look impressive to the big wigs. Never a happy place to work.

Pros

At times management was accommodating and tried to help out with availability issues but this was rare. The sales team was decent to work with.

Cons

Very poor management. Disrespectful, bad at their job, serious understaffing issues and their advice was contrary to the training employees were provided. Made employees do dodgy deals.
