Serving customers in a way that feels beneficial to them rather than a predatory commissions based system.

Cons

Targets seem to jump every time you consistently reach them. And then when you’re not hitting the new targets you’re treated as if you’re not trying.

Cons

Redundancies are very common for coporate employees, this leaves others overworked and burning out.

Pros

Having been at Currys for a few years now it's definitely going in the right direction and has been improving over the years. The new tech that keeps coming in store is really good to learn. Great team progression. Flexible working helps to have a better work life balance. Company take the safety of staff seriously.

Cons

Store can be busy when light on staff, but not really a big issue.
