worked for curry's for 17 years and can honestly say im so proud to work for company that cares and looks after your well being. i work in distribution and team and support we get is best its ever been.

no concerns if you ever feel you need to talk there is always someone that will listen

decent flexibility discount easy interview

i wasn’t trained or even shown around on my first day and regularly get reprimanded by management for not meeting targets i wasn’t aware of or making mistakes. i’m feeling bullied by management. my shifts get changed at short notice. unrealistic targets and pressure to sell customers things they don’t want or need. little praise whenever i make big sales. little commission. you are also expected to become a walking encyclopaedia of all the products sold in the store. training consists of staring at a computer for three days and being expected to remember it all with no on the job training.

All of our retail colleagues attend a central induction at The Academy in Fort Dunlop, where they learn about customer service, meet suppliers, and receive training on the latest technology. In our retail stores, we do work towards targets; however, our focus is always on the customer. By recommending the right products and services to meet their needs, we aim to deliver a great experience while also achieving our store performance goals.
