Pros

The fact that you're working means you're still breathing

Cons

Bad management, staff undervalued and under appreciated, young and naive people manipulated, very little professionalism, no technical training only how to do a hard sale, every minute is a grind. The company not only show a lack of respect towards their employees, they show a lack of respect towards people. Its outrageous that a company can treat its employees this way.

Pros

Flexible hours (but its everywhere in retail). 10% staff discount.

Cons

Absolutelly no incentive for employees to sell the products. No commision. Low contracted hours, people work on 6-12 hours contract. If its quiet week they'll just cut your hours and they don't care if you have bills to pay. No christmas bonus. Unpaid breaks. Sometimes you'll get really short breaks like 4-5 hours. I'd rather stay at home... No development prospects.
