You'll meet great people and have a really laugh at the same time decent pay structure and opportunities near busy periods, lots of overtime available Lost of training available

Cons

busy times can be hell! Very hard to get on training courses the worst part is being forced to lie to customers to sell dreaded insurance plans their was some really sketchy people who would lie, cheat and steal

car park is huge colleagues are great decent Salary no need to have a clue about Technology to get a high paid Engineer Job

Cons

to much bureaucracy. an IT company where the managers don't have a clue about IT. all about customers on the surface but all about KPI's behind the scenes. no training at all locked in a tin can with high security
