Nice people to work with. Onsite parking. Good vibe at Xmas when you can win prizes. Cheap contracts for friends and family

Hard work isn't reflected in pay packet. No progression paths. Poor recognition. Very clicks teams

Decent employees and being at the forefront of new technology.

Cons

Customers are very negative and demand more than you can offer. Business is very disorganised and issues arise from other departments but working in shop customers hold you solely responsible. Training seen is a hassle rather than to develop colleagues.
