      Benefits - 10% discount And discount at carphone warehouse Hours are good and listen to what you can work or can't work eventually.

      Way to many targets, Hit Kpi's week in and week out Highest turn over in my store Staff swear in conversations if you don't know where stuff is and shout at you to get their way. It's always about profit, they couldn't care less about the customer if they tried. I've seen staff in tears for how they have been treated. Customers are always coming in shouting at knowhow. Having to take people to carphone which is called a feferal. If you don't you get your general manager and the carphone manager having a go at you. Staff are unhappy, and customers don't know how much pressure you are on. Having to talk about home broadband in every conversation in hope to get one. Too much stress for what it's worth. And £6.70 is a joke. We should be on higher than supermarkets considering what we go through
